Payroll Specialist Bowen Rail Company is growing its Human Resources team, and we are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. The Payroll Specialist is an integral part of the Human Resources Team. Along with ensuring end-to-end payroll processing, this position will support the development of human capital metrics from essential people management metrics to business optimisation/utilisation performance indicators and reporting. This includes but is not limited to HR core metrics; attendance /absenteeism analysis; workforce utlisation; workforce planning including diversity; compensation and benefits analysis; employee engagement/retention and continuous improvements of current payroll and integrated systems.

Risk & Assurance Specialist Bowen Rail Company is growing our HSQT team, and we are seeking a Risk & Assurance Specialist to join our team in Bowen. Reporting to the Quality Principal, you will ensure that BRC’s Risk Management Systems are compliant and, fit for purpose. This responsibility includes the assurance of information quality, system functionality, good practice in risk management, and the application of governance principles across Bowen Rail Company operations.
Network Rules Specialist Bowen Rail Company is growing our Network team, and we are seeking a Network Rules Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Network Operations Principal, you will be the custodian of the Carmichael Rail Network Rules and Procedures (NRP). This role is responsible for setting, maintaining, and enhancing the operational safety requirements in relation to train operations, network control, and track worker safety.
Network Training Specialist Bowen Rail Company is growing our Network team, and we are seeking a Network Training Specialist to join our team in Bowen. In this role, you will be responsible for the framework that supports the Development, Qualifications, and ongoing Verification of Competency of Network Controllers, Asset Maintainers, Maintenance Personnel, Trainees, and Network support roles.
Maintenance Engineer - Signals Bowen Rail Company is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer – Signals to join our Network team. Reporting to the Signals and telecommunications Manager, you will be responsible for providing engineering support and safety advice for all stakeholders regarding the operation, maintenance, and management of signals and communications infrastructure on the Carmichael Rail Network.
Operations Supervisor (Training) Bowen Rail Company has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Supervisor (Training) to join our Rail Operations team in Bowen. Reporting to the Operations Superintendent (Training), in this role you will provide training support to improve operations performance within the Rail Operations. Responsible for verification of competency in respective work areas as well as developing training packages, training, refresher training, and assessment using approved training and assessment documentation. Close Date: 2nd April 2024.
